Okay, yes, THAT. I think it's just that, the more I rewatch, the more I begin to pick out which parts are just Derek. Or something. Anyway, he really does have his moments. Mostly he has moments where I want to punch him because he's ridiculously black-and-white and accuses Mere of being naive and treats her like a baby but asks her to be an adult and just sghajkajhdsgshjaka. :E

I DON'T LIKE THE HAIR. IT LOOKS GREASY. HIS HAIR PRODUCTS MAKE HIM WACKY.
