I used to watch regularly a long time ago, but I think I stopped around the time Private Practice started. But so far I've watched... I don't even know how many episodes; it's addicting! RE: Meredith and Derek, I don't remember a lot from the earlier seasons so I'm curious to see what kind of chemistry they'll have with other characters. They seem to be the show's Big Ship which means I'll probably hate it sooner or later, but we'll see?
