It seems like a lot of people stopped watching around then, but something's just kept me watching. It really is incredibly addictive and I just love the characters. They're so wonderfully real and flawed, regardless of the soap opera antics. And I can see some of the appeal in Meredith/Derek -- playing Mere at TR has meant trying to see it through her eyes -- but it often seems to me that so much of Derek's character revolves around this romance, it's hard to like him as a separate human being. But we'll see!
